There is probably no other home in the world as famous as the White House. It attracts thousands of visitors a year on tour and is the home of one of the most powerful people in the world, The President of the United States.
According to Zillow the White House has
132 rooms, 55,000 sq ft, 18 acres, 16 family-guest rooms, an underground bunker, 3 kitchens, 3 elevators, and 28 fireplaces
They gathered data from local area sales and appraisals and come up with a “Zestimate”
Today’s White House Zestimate is $308,058,000

I think the Zestimate, which came in at $308,058,000, was too high. For one thing, they failed to factor in maintenance and upkeep, which could easily be over a 100K/year. Having that said, the house does have 38 bedrooms, if you could somehow have the property rezoned, you might be able to reduce your over head by subletting out the extra bedrooms. This is how I keep over-head down at my rent controlled flat in San Francisco.c
